**** 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰 𝐨𝐟 𝐅𝟓 "𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐞" ****

Today, I am going to clarify some Important Tips about the F5 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐞 Feature, and what happens after 𝐄𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 this Option.

- 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝-𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐥 (𝐁𝐀𝐒𝐇) Access is Removed
- Just 𝐆𝐔𝐈 and 𝐓𝐌𝐒𝐇 Administrative Access are Allowed
- 𝐑𝐨𝐨𝐭 User is Disabled (Even for CONSOLE Access)
- 𝐀𝐎𝐌 can ONLY Reset the Host (Hardware Reset)
- On 𝐕𝐈𝐏𝐑𝐈𝐎𝐍 Platforms, SSH Access between Blades using the "𝐬𝐬𝐡 𝐬𝐥𝐨𝐭<𝐗>" Command is NOT Allowed (You MUST try thru the 𝐌𝐆𝐌𝐓-𝐈𝐏 𝐀𝐝𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 of each Blade, separately)
- It is Available on 𝐁𝐈𝐆-𝐈𝐏 𝐯𝟏𝟎.𝟐.𝟏+, on all Platforms including 𝐕𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐁𝐈𝐆-𝐈𝐏, 𝐕𝐈𝐏𝐑𝐈𝐎𝐍, 𝐯𝐂𝐌𝐏 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬, and 𝐕𝐄𝐋𝐎𝐒

⊛ You can Check for the Availability of this Security Feature on the below path:

𝐆𝐔𝐈 --> 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 --> 𝐋𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞 --> 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐬 --> "𝐀𝐩𝐩 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐞" 𝐅𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞

⊛ It should be noted that you can 𝐍𝐎𝐓 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 the "𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐞" feature when it is included in the 𝐁𝐈𝐆-𝐈𝐏 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 𝐋𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞.
