Certificate can be Self Signed Certificate or Issued by Certificate Authority

Click Local Traffic > SSL Certificate > Create

New Page will open

Enter Name as per your convenience

Issuer can be Certificate Authority (Means Some External vendor will validate the certificate)

Common name should be exact FQDN like directory.domainname.com
******************************************
Enter Password
******************************************
Select size as 2048
******************************************
On Next Page, Download the CSR (Certificate Signing Request) file
******************************************
This file will be submitted to Certificate Authority to get Certificate and Key
******************************************
Now we need to access the portal / website of CA
After accessing website we need to enter few details on CA website
Detail 1 : Enter Common name in “Domain name” field
Detail 2 : Paste CSR file in “Enter CSR from Web Host” field
In return, we will get Certificate file as .crt file type and key as well
******************************************
Access the F5 again now, Go to the Certificate list
Click on newly created Certificate name
Import the .crt file which we had received from CA website
