iRule made big ip flexibility to solve most of application issues. By using iRule you can do load balancing based on application content or redirect to specific url.

iRULE can also enhance security by redirecting traffic to encrypted channel. iRULE can also inspect country code and perform access control based on that like permitting or denying the country code client.

Another great possibility by iRULE is you can do analysing device or clients’ browser are using and forward to specific pools. Like for example user is using iphone is directed to specific pools meanwhile another device is not redirected. The type of interent browser also can be redirected to specific pools.
